Avocado Mousse

Creamy Delectable and Good For You


 

Ingredients

  • - 2 ripe avocados

Instructions

1. Slice and pit the avocados, then scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.

2. Add cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.

3. Spoon the mousse into serving bowls or glasses.

4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

5. Garnish with fresh berries or nuts, if desired, and enjoy!
